Terms & Conditions:

Please ensure children wear enclosed shoes, no thongs! This is an OH&S regulation. Children without appropriate footwear will not be able to participate in the class.

All long hair is to be tied back neatly

Children are not to be dropped off more than 5 minutes prior to the commencement of their class & are picked up promptly at the conclusion of class.

No parents/guardians are permitted to remain in the studio throughout classes for the after school cooking program, we will request you leave as unfortunately we do not have the room and becomes a hazard. NDIS participants, may have a support worker with them if they prefer, not required but optional if needed.

We require 48hrs or more notice from the commencement of your child’s class if a cancellation is being made, you will be offered a make up class

Less than 48hrs cancellations and ‘no shows’ will be required to pay the full cost of the class and unable to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, food is allocated to your child which goes to waste for non-attendees. Classes need to be booked and paid for to secure your spot, booking for the term you can pay weekly, either transfer or cash on the day. Casual classes need to have fees paid within 24 hours of booking to confirm your spot.

Failing to attend or pay for a booked class may affect children’s future bookings, all prior classes must be paid before your child can attend a future class. All classes need to be paid on the day of or prior to the class, cash on the day or bank transfer prior to the class. NDIS participants (self managed) will need to pay within 7 days of the invoice, prior to the comencement of the next class, plan managed will dicuss with plan manager.
